Pricing questions
Does the annual plan auto-renew?
No. We email you 30, 7 and 1 days before expiry. Renewing early never loses days — the new year starts from your current expiry date.
Is a licence per person or per computer?
Per computer (workstation). Anyone at the mill can use a licensed workstation.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Your current key keeps working; buying the other plan issues a new key for that workstation.
